Education is a process of expediting learning, acquiring knowledge, values, and virtue in everyone’s life. It contributes to the development of better people around the globe. It is more of an enduring method in which students gain information, skills, and ethics, build on here are essential to a sustainable and fulfilling future.

It is indeed my honor and privilege to assume role of director of PREMA EDUCATIONAL & SOCIAL WELFARE COUNCIL (PESWC), PREMA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS LLP (PEIL). Over a decade of experience as a realtor in Real Estate sector, I have personally felt that this sector plays vital role in creating employment for more than fifty percent of next generations. Unfortunately there are no educational institutions in our country that are providing real estate academics, while Real Estate is a 2nd biggest GDP contributor of India but education and skilling is nil in this sector. This sector has huge scope of employment, PREMA is the first educational institution that is introducing the formal education in real estate. In 2017 I have started research and written more than ten syllabuses on Real Estate education. Our aim is to educate and train more students from BA & B.COM those are less recruited in job industry. I have started a three months free course under Internship program, those who are pursuing BA, B.Com, MBA, which are our CSR initiatives.

Our Institutional journey started in 2017. Now we have started our 1st institute and working towards the educating & empowering through the proper education & skill development program. We have introduced choice based curriculum structure (CBCS). We have added entrepreneurship development research experience, industry internship & sector that help students build international standards.

Our institution is pro-actively giving a platform for every student who is unaware of our education system and couldn’t complete their dreams. Due to lack of awareness, 70-80% of rural areas students dropout from further education. Our motto is to bring them in main stream, solve their problems and give them local access to complete educational goal, and we will train them with the necessary skills that helps them to build their bright future locally or globally. We will try to give them better access to complete their educational journey.

My Institute is planning to setup Educational Counseling Centre (ECC) in every Panchayat to give local access to parents for his child to council them & decide a better college or university for graduates and post graduate  program. Someone who will be able to take foreign education will help them to achieve this also.
